(zutaten: 300 ml milch, 2 suppenlöffel gerste-dinkel mehl, 1 löffel honig, ein bisschen vanillezucker. die kalte milch im topf mit dem mehl, dem honig und dem vanillezucker verquirlen. einmal aufkochen – bis dahin weiterrühren damit es nicht anbrennt. mistress verrührt es dann noch mit dem stabmixer. das kann man aber bleibenlassen wenn man kein gebrochenes kiefer hat.)
(ingredients: 300 ml milk, 2 soup spoons of barley-spelt farina, 1 spoon of honey, a little bit vanilla sugar. in the pot, stir the cold milk with the farina, the honey and the vanilla sugar. boil it up once and don't stop stirring, otherwise it scorches. then mistress stirs the pap with the mixer. but you don't have to do that when your maxilla isn't broken.)
