mistress entstand aus einer losen folge von zeichnungen von mir in meiner welt. dann brach ich mir das kiefer, wollte das festhalten was mir unerwartet und ungewollt passierte, und wie es mir geht. so wurde mistress zu regelmäßigen bildertagebuch. mein kiefer ist wieder ganz, solange ich allerdings zeichnenswertes finde und mistress mir und anderen soviel freude macht wie jetzt, gibt es keinen grund, schon wieder damit aufzuhören. im gegenteil!
mistress ist handgezeichnet, mit tusche und feder. der computer ist dann nurmehr werkzeug, die zeichnungen digital zu veröffentlichen.

mistress began as loose series of drawings of me in my world. then i broke my maxilla, and i wanted to retain what happened to me so unexpected and unwanted, and how i am doing. that is how mistress became a regular picture journal. the maxilla is intact again, nevertheless, as long as i find things that are worth drawing, and as long mistress gives so much pleasure to me and others there is no reason to already stop it again. on the contrary! mistress is hand-drawn with ink and pen. the computer is only the instrument to publish the pictures in a digital way. for accolades, publishing demands, remittance work and other things please write a mail to elvira. more information, as well as projects and graphics besides mistress can be found here. all the published content is subject to the copyright.
