great news! drawings and magazine artwork from euregio, designed by tina frank and elvira stein in 2008, was now published in the third issue of “gallery – the world’s best graphics”! the website doesn’t seem very complete, but there is a part of the magazine on issuu. mistress in exil again
(mistress ist mit bier vor sich und zeichensachen und vielen wagen gedanken im kopf im exil gelandet. ein altes, immer noch vertrautes zuhause.)
(mistress landed at the exil, with a beer in front of her and her drawing material and a lot of loose thoughts. this is an old, still familiar place.)
mistress' life
(so viel passiert! / mistress wird nächstes frühjahr in linz unterrichten. / manchmal läuft sie sich selbst hinterher, kommt ihren plänen und vorhaben nicht nach, bequemlichkeit, auch. / im büro hat mistress bei einem großen job viel richtig und wenig falsch gemacht. das macht sie stolz, auch wenn es zwischendurch nicht einfach war. / es gibt wunderschöne bestätigung für ihr zeichnen. anfragen zur zusammenarbeit. / aber auch damit verbunden, das ständige gefühl mehr machen zu müssen. üben! experimentieren! wenigstens das tagebuch am laufen halten. / das wien-projekt unter die leute bringen. / und bei allem, immer genug mit ihrem jungen schmusen! das gelingt leicht, und ist wunderschön.)

mistress and a beautiful dress
(so wundervoll sah mistress mit dem geliehenen kleid aus. das sie leider ein wenig verwaschen hat. aufklärung + entschuldigung + mistress fällt ein stein von herzen.)

mistress comes home late

(während mistress den herbst jetzt gut leiden kann, das rad wieder flitzt, sich für nächstes frühjahr was spannendes neues anbahnt, sie mit dem jungen pläne schmiedet, weiß sie manchmal nicht was mit den abenden machen. fernsehen reicht irgendwie nicht. – mehr zeichnen?)
